So much has been going on that I’m not quite sure how to process everything….

I came back home for Obon week to just relax and chill at home.

I finally went to check out this restaurant that I’ve been wanting to for the past year.
I heard from a friend that it was really good.
They have a couple of restaurants around the city, and I went to the one in Roppongi Hills.
The restaurant serves only organic vegetables that are super sweet and very rich [...]

I went to a potluck party a couple of weeks ago…
I made my mom’s signature pork dish
There was awesome shepherd’s pie, salad, tacos, curry, crepes, chicken, and…and…let’s just say a lot of food. lol

If you’re ever in Tokyo, especially during the winter
you MUST check out this restaurant.
Shibamatsu specializes in “Chanko”- a hotpot that Sumo wrestlers eat daily.
What’s so good about this restaurant is the quality of food they serve.
You can find many chanko restaurants in Tokyo that famous sumo wrestlers produce,
but most are overpriced and nothing special. (so [...]

Although Chef B doesn’t have a real oven, (only a tiny toaster oven) he decided he really wanted to make fresh bread.
And I,
I really wanted to eat this fresh bread.
So like a fish lured with bait, I happily went over with an empty stomach

oh and the homemade PANCETTA.

Just came back from an AWESOME concert at the Prince Theater in Shinagawa!!
What a night. I’m so so glad I had the chance to go.
